Common Vial Setups by Peptide
Vendor vials usually ship in a handful of standard sizes. Pick the row that matches your vial and the table shows the resulting concentration and a per-dose example. Open any peptide for the full per-vial calculator.
| Peptide | Vial | BAC water | Concentration | Example dose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 5 mg | 2 mL | 2,500 mcg/mL | 250 mcg = 10 units (U-100) |
| TB-500 | 5 mg | 2 mL | 2,500 mcg/mL | 2.5 mg = 100 units (U-100) |
| HGH 191AA | 10 mg (~30 IU) | 1 mL | 10 mg/mL · 30 IU/mL | 2 IU = ~7 units (U-100) |
| NAD+ | 100 mg | 1 mL | 100 mg/mL | 50 mg = 50 units (U-100) |
| NAD+ | 500 mg | 5 mL | 100 mg/mL | 100 mg = 100 units (U-100) |
| HCG | 5,000 IU | 5 mL | 1,000 IU/mL | 500 IU = 50 units (U-100) |
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | 2 mL | 25 mg/mL | 2 mg = 8 units (U-100) |
| AOD-9604 | 5 mg | 2 mL | 2,500 mcg/mL | 300 mcg = 12 units (U-100) |
| Semaglutide | 2 mg | 1 mL | 2,000 mcg/mL | 0.25 mg = 12.5 units (U-100) |
| Tirzepatide | 10 mg | 1 mL | 10 mg/mL | 2.5 mg = 25 units (U-100) |
| Retatrutide | 24 mg | 1 mL | 24 mg/mL | 2 mg = ~8 units (U-100) |
| CJC-1295 No DAC | 5 mg | 2 mL | 2,500 mcg/mL | 100 mcg = 4 units (U-100) |
| Ipamorelin | 5 mg | 2 mL | 2,500 mcg/mL | 200 mcg = 8 units (U-100) |
Examples use the most common vendor vial sizes. For any non-standard vial, enter your specific mg and BAC water above — the calculator handles every combination.
Watch: How to Reconstitute a Peptide Vial
Step-by-Step Reconstitution Guide
- 1 Gather supplies: peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, alcohol swabs, and an insulin syringe.
- 2 Swab the tops of both the peptide vial and BAC water vial with alcohol.
- 3 Draw the desired amount of BAC water into your syringe.
- 4 Insert the needle at an angle. Let the water flow down the side of the vial. Never squirt directly onto the powder.
- 5 Gently swirl (don't shake) the vial until the powder is fully dissolved.
- 6 Store the reconstituted vial in the refrigerator. Most peptides stay stable for 4-6 weeks once reconstituted.
