How to Reconstitute a Peptide Vial

  1. 1 Gather supplies: peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, alcohol swabs, and an insulin syringe.
  2. 2 Swab the tops of both the peptide vial and BAC water vial with alcohol.
  3. 3 Draw the desired amount of BAC water into your syringe.
  4. 4 Insert the needle into the peptide vial at an angle and let the water flow down the side — never squirt directly onto the powder.
  5. 5 Gently swirl (do not shake) the vial until the powder is fully dissolved.
  6. 6 Store the reconstituted vial in the refrigerator. Most peptides are stable for 4-6 weeks once reconstituted.
