Full disclaimerBen Pakulski's 30-Day Longevity Stack
Four peptides, four aging mechanisms, 30 days. Ben Pakulski targets mitochondria with SS-31 (10mg daily), telomeres with Epithalon (5mg, 5x/week), immune function with TA-1 (1.5mg daily), and senescent cells with FOXO4-DRI (10mg EOD for 2 weeks). The FOXO4-DRI dose is 3.3x the standard aggressive tier. Budget $500-1,200 and consider starting with 1-2 peptides rather than all four simultaneously.
Peptide Schedule Research TeamReviewed Apr 2026
For targeting four aging mechanisms simultaneously over 30 days: mitochondria, telomeres, immune function, and senescent cell clearance.
What This Protocol Does
SS-31 stabilizes mitochondrial cardiolipin to improve ATP production (10mg daily). Epithalon activates telomerase for telomere maintenance (5mg, 5 days per week). TA-1 supports T-cell production and immune function (1.5mg daily). FOXO4-DRI triggers apoptosis of senescent cells (10mg every other day for 2 weeks, then stops). Each peptide targets a different aging pathway.
Who Should Use This
Advanced users with prior peptide experience and a budget of $500-1,200 for the 30-day protocol. Not a beginner stack. Consider starting with 1-2 peptides rather than all four at once. The FOXO4-DRI dose (10mg EOD) is 3.3x the standard aggressive tier, so prior senolytic experience is recommended. Consult a physician, especially if you have cancer history or immune disorders.
What the Research Says
SS-31 (elamipretide) has Phase 2/3 clinical trial data for mitochondrial myopathy and Barth syndrome. It stabilizes cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane (Szeto, PMID 24606927). Epithalon follows the Khavinson protocol, with published data on telomerase activation in human cell cultures and improved survival in elderly subjects (Khavinson, PMID 14523363). Thymosin alpha-1 is approved in 30+ countries for hepatitis B/C and has clinical data showing T-cell and NK cell activation (Tuthill et al., PMID 10813511). FOXO4-DRI is a senolytic peptide tested in aged mice, where it cleared senescent cells and restored fitness markers (Baar et al., PMID 28340339). No human trials exist for FOXO4-DRI.
Important Notices
- FOXO4-DRI at 10mg EOD is above standard longevity practitioner dosing
- SS-31 dose is lower than our DB tiers (10mg vs our 20mg beginner)
- 4 peptides simultaneously is advanced — consider starting with 1-2
