Sleep Peptides

Sleep-promoting peptides for deep, restorative delta-wave sleep.

What Are Sleep Peptides?

Sleep peptides promote deep, restorative delta-wave sleep without the dependency risks of benzodiazepines or Z-drugs. This is the smallest category on Peptide Schedule with just 2 dedicated compounds, but sleep improvement is a secondary benefit of several peptides in other categories too.

DSIP (Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide) was first isolated from rabbit brain tissue in 1977 by a Swiss-German research group. It's a 9-amino acid peptide that doesn't sedate you the way a sleeping pill would. Instead, it normalizes sleep architecture by increasing the proportion of time spent in deep, slow-wave (delta) stages. Users consistently report feeling more rested with the same total sleep hours, and vivid dreams are a commonly noted effect. The typical protocol is 100 mcg subcutaneous injection 30 to 60 minutes before bed, run for 10 days followed by a break.

Pinealon is a short bioregulator peptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) that targets pineal gland function. Andrew Huberman mentioned doubled REM sleep from pre-sleep Pinealon use on social media in early 2025. Research on bioregulator peptides comes primarily from Khavinson's group in Russia, with limited Western clinical data.

If sleep is a secondary goal alongside another objective, consider Ipamorelin from the growth hormone category. It's dosed at bedtime to align with your natural GH pulse, and improved sleep quality is one of the first effects users notice within the first week. MK-677 also improves sleep quality through GH pathway activation, though appetite increase is a common trade-off.
